I want to show my children that you can achieve big creative things. It has now become my mission as a mother of four children, to share my love and healing through the magical artwork I create in their presence. Through the trauma of my youth, I coped by using art and through art I found healing. As I continued to draw throughout my childhood, it helped me live out my imagination and daydreams.Īs a young adult I quickly realized art was more than just a way for me to escape into my imagination. My art journey began when I was gifted a sketchbook and pencils for Christmas at nine-years-old. My name is Bailey and I am a mother, wife, spiritualist and artist. I look forward to building this new business with the community and continue learning more and more everyday. Opening my own all inclusive art shop was something I knew I must do in order to do all the artsy things I strive to do. I am by no means a famous artist, but have the dream of creating artists that will have a voice of their own. Sometimes teaching what you do know opens all sorts of possible things to learn. Even though I don’t have a decade of experience, I have a lot of different techniques that i’ve learned over the years that I know I can potentially pass onto others. I loved how calm Bob Ross went though his episodes assuring all who watched that they could do it too.
Just when I thought I’d found my dream job, I knew there was something else I wanted to add to my art career, teaching painting classes.īob Ross and my grandmother have always been an inspiration and teacher for my landscape paintings. I worked at a shop downtown Billings, MT where, when I wasn’t tattooing, I was able to do commission paintings and display my personal creations for the world to see and enjoy.
Eventually I moved onto being fully licensed, when the real learning begun.

Doing that full time as well as supporting myself working at local bars. I started my tattoo apprenticeship in 2019 where I started learning the ins and outs of proper tattoo procedures. Not many get to sell their drawings and paintings for a living and actually be fully funded by art, then struck my idea of becoming a tattoo artist on top of selling my paintings/ artwork. I knew I wanted to create art everyday for a career, but how?
